At KORRES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural skincare routine. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns on products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
